Obesity has become an inevitable problem. What can be done to avoid it. In our country, it is customary to eat Karasalankanni, also known as Porkodi, as a food item with lentils, ghee, fries, and gravy. This will release the bad water stored in the body and the body will gain strength and clear the mind and get constipation clear and healthy.


For those who want to lose weight, obesity, and bloating, it is good to have a regular lunch every day for two to four weeks. Chop the banana stalks and white radish into powder, add lemon juice and salt and eat it raw on an empty stomach.

Banana stalks can be taken with food at least twice a week to reduce obesity. For strength, when you wake up in the morning, take 2 tbsp of honey and mix it with cow's milk.




Take 1 handful of chickpeas at night, soak it in water, boil it in the morning, strain it, mix 2 figs with half a teaspoon of cow's milk, add a little caraway, and drink it in the morning.


Take half a kilo of ragi, wheat, and boiled rice, lightly fry it, make porridge, mix a quarter spoon of powder in it and drink it once a day. Above all, make porridge according to the following rules and drink it once a day.

Almond lentils -2, pistachio lentils 5, poppy seeds 1 tbsp. After soaking for an hour, grind it as it is and add it to distilled water in a tumbler of cow's milk. Eat like this for 3 months, you will get strength like a sick stone.
