In our daily lives, 24 hours is not enough, there is always only one flow of excitement. Like this, the food we consume is also going fast. Thus our skin shrinks and even teenagers look like adults.
The life of most people in the city is becoming a hellish life as the culture of working at bad times, sleeping in the morning, and waking up in the evening. Eating fast food deprives the body of the balanced nutrients it needs and the younger generation looks older. One of the best ways to handle this is to change our diet.
*Eat more vegetables and fruits. This is because the high content of vitamins in the face will go away.
*Vitamin A in curry leaves maintains youthful skin, and if washed and eaten frequently, the wrinkles will go away.
*It is a good idea to include abrasive foods like bananas, plantains, and gooseberries in your diet frequently as they protect your youth.
*Boil and mash fenugreek leaves with algae and cumin and eat it 2 or 3 times a week to cool down and not only fade the wrinkles. If you drink orange and carrot juice twice a week, your skin will turn golden.
*Mix equal amounts of hazelnut oil and almond oil and apply on the face and body. Soak a little and rub with peanut flour to refresh the face.
*The same can be done using olive oil or pure coconut oil to keep the face looking younger.
