 Factors affecting sperm production

Hot water bath:

Most men bathe in hot water that is more painful. Bathing in such hot water will reduce the quality of sperm and inhibit production. So it is better to take a bath in warm water while bathing.

Underwear:

Although the underwear worn is too tight, the male sperm will heat up and reduce sperm production. So always wear loose underwear.

Mobile:

Because men usually keep their mobiles in their pants pockets, the radiation emitted from the mobiles can interfere with sperm production and reduce its production. One study also found that sperm production decreased with more mobile phone use.

Mental stress:

Stress causes many problems in the body. One of them is low sperm production. Sometimes these can cause infertility. Therefore, exercise, yoga, meditation, etc. should be done daily to reduce such stress.

Lack of adequate sexual intercourse:

Many physical and mental problems can be cured by engaging in sexual intercourse. One of the problems is low sperm production. So having sex from time to time will reduce stress and increase sperm production.

Alcohol:

If you drink too much alcohol, they will lower testosterone levels. This will reduce the production of sperm. So avoid drinking too much alcohol.

Smoking:

The tobacco in cigarettes reduces sperm production and can lead to infertility. So if you want to have a beautiful baby, you should avoid smoking.

Soy Ingredients:

If men consume too much soy products, the production of sperm will be inhibited. This is because the isoflavones in it affect the number, quality, and production of sperm.

Watching TV:

Most men watch TV while crushing fried foods such as patties, and potato chips. This increases obesity and decreases sperm production. One study also found that men who exercised without watching more TV every day had higher sperm production than men who watched TV while eating crushed food.

Laptop:

Currently, the number of laptop users is high. And men are more likely than women to use laptops. When men use a laptop for a long time, the heat released from it can affect the production of sperm. So when using a laptop, avoid working on your lap for long periods of time.
